It involves sending newsletters, promotional campaigns, transactional emails, and automated workflows to engage, inform, nurture, and convert subscribers into customers. It’s a cost-effective way to build relationships, drive sales, and retain customers while measuring performance with metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

The purpose of these emails was to reach current and prospective clients/customers through email campaigns that provoked engagement. Objectives included event registrations, education, sharing content and company news. Responsible for analyzing metrics: open rates, click-through rates (CTR), clicks, bounce rates, and unsubscribes.
